Custom Protection is managed by senior veterans of the Alarm industry. We have a reputation for being straightforward with customers about how to protect themselves, and masterfully knowledgeable about alarm and home automation equipment (new and old).

We have trained our staff not to just sell alarms, we authentically strive to protect what people value most.

We have to operate with integrity throughout the entire process, sometimes what's needed is repairing a 30 year old alarm system because that's what makes sense for a particular dwelling... sometimes we recommend that you "upgrade everything".

WE VALUE YOUR TIME:

We will never tell you "8am - 4pm" for an installation... if we say "8am",

we mean that we expect our installer to be in your driveway at 8am!

We Want You To Protect Everything - so we don't charge extra for important services...

At Custom Protection, if we install an alarm for your home - we're going to protect every door / window that's accessible from the ground outside (yes, all of them - basement windows included), and we are always going to include monitored fire protection with every residential system. We don't charge extra for these - we include what's needed with every system. We want your home to be truly protected, so we "put our money where our mouth is".

(We believe that you shouldn't have to choose your protection based on additional fees.)

What is an ADT Authorized Dealer?

ADT Authorized Dealers are exclusive partners with ADT with independently managed offices that provide a full range of ADT Security Services.

Each office is local to the community and operates their own sales and installation staff.

"What you get with an Authorized Dealer is the same value recognized with the ADT Brand, and often a more personal experience..." There is no difference in equipment installed or ADT Monitoring service.

(And usually less expensive than calling "corporate sales")
